P2P currently supports two ways to add content: 1) Direct URL input for individual web pages, 2) RSS feed for automatic post creation from new content. The tool processes content from these sources and creates beautiful Facebook posts based on your selected format and settings.
P2P's scheduling system gives you complete control over when your posts are published. You can set a posting frequency (from every 15 minutes to once per day), select which days of the week to post, and define specific time ranges for posting. For individual posts, you can also set exact date and time. The system respects your schedule settings and automatically publishes posts to your connected Facebook pages at the specified times.
P2P supports various media types for your Facebook posts, including images (PNG, JPEG/JPG, WebP, and non-animated GIF) and videos (MP4, MOV, AVI, WMV, FLV, and WebM). You can upload media directly or provide URLs to online media. The system allows you to preview, rearrange, and manage your media before publishing. There are format-specific limitations on the number of media items per post, with support for both single-media and multi-media post formats.
P2P offers two publishing modes: Live and Draft. In Live mode, posts are automatically published to your Facebook page at the scheduled time. In Draft mode, posts are created but not automatically published - they remain in your pending posts list until you manually change them to Live or delete them. You can toggle between these modes for individual posts or set a default mode for your entire account. This gives you flexibility to prepare content in advance and review it before it goes live.
Formats in P2P define the structure and appearance of your posts. Use our defaults or reach out to us to create a custom format (with text, media, links, etc.). Campaigns help you organize your posts into logical groups. When creating posts, you select which Facebook page to post to, which campaign the post belongs to, and which format to use. This organized approach makes it easy to manage multiple content streams for different purposes while maintaining consistent branding and messaging.
