How do Content Mait's image, video, and voice modeling services work?
Content Mait analyzes your media files (images, video, or audio recordings) and generates data from those recordings using our proprietary, AI-based technologies. Content Mait uses this data to provide its services, including image recognition, video synthesis, voice modeling, speech-to-speech, and dubbing services. For voice, image, or video modeling, when you provide us with recordings or images, we utilize our proprietary, AI-based technologies that analyze your visual or speech characteristics to formulate a distinct model of your traits. This model can be used to generate synthetic media resembling your image, video likeness, or voice. Depending on where you reside, applicable law may define your data, such as biometric or other personally identifiable information.
How do we use and disclose your image, video, and voice data?
Content Mait processes your image, video, and voice data to provide the Services, including but not limited to: (1) developing models that can be used to generate synthetic media resembling your voice, image, or video at your request, or with your consent if you choose to make these models available to other users; (2) to verify that the provided media features you, such as during identity verification; (3) to provide video or image synthesis, speech-to-speech, and dubbing services; (4) to research, develop and improve our AI models; and (5) as necessary, to store your media data using third-party cloud services. Content Mait will disclose your media data to any acquirer, successor, or assignee, or where required by applicable law.
How long is the image, video, and voice data retained and what happens to it at the end of the retention period?
We retain your image, video, and voice data as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes described above unless there are legal requirements to delete it earlier or to keep it for a longer period (such as a warrant or subpoena). When the retention period ends, your image, video, and voice data are permanently deleted. Content Mait will not keep data it generates about your image, video, or voice longer than 3 years after your last interaction with us, except as required by law.
